On 28th March, 2022 the meeting was held with the joint Assessment Mission of the Electronic Immunization Registry (EIR) in Georgia. The mission is composed by the experts from the WHO, UNICEF and US CDC. During the week the mission will meet with the management of the NCDC and representatives of relevant departments, both on central and regional levels. Overall objective of the assessment is to determine the status of the EIR for routine immunization, to explore ways to improve its implementation, and quality and use of data reported though the system. Outcome of the assessment will be elaboration of the EIR improvement plan based on key assessment findings and recommendations.
