On March 20, 2019 an introductory meeting was held at the NCDC with Dr. Silviu Domente, the newly appointed Head of the WHO country office to Georgia, who will take the office from April 1, 2019. At the meeting Dr. Amiran Gamkelidze also expressed his gratitude to Dr. Marijan Ivanusa, current WHO representative to Georgia for fruitful collaboration, who is leaving his position in Georgia from April 1, and granted him with the certificate of appreciation and the letter of gratitude.
