On August 26, 2020 Mr. Ulrik Tideström, Ambassador of Sweden to Georgia visited the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health. During the visit, Mr. Ambassador was introduced to activities, achievements and future plans of the NCDC. During the meeting he underlined the Georgia’s successful response to COVID-19 pandemic and promised to promote the expanded collaboration with Swedish public health institutions. Mr. Tideström also expressed his willingness to visit the Lugar Center.
