EU Ambassador Carl Hartzell together with the Swedish epidemiologist Dr. Emma Frans visited the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health and Lugar Lab in Georgia. Dr. Frans gave a lecture to the NCDC staff on the challenges of the pandemic and disinformation spread in the world about COVID-19.
