On June 25, the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Georgia organized a vaccination campaign against COVID-19 of Chinese citizens working in Georgia. The event took place at the Hualing Tbilisi Sea Plaza Vaccination Center. The vaccination process was conducted in parallel in Kutaisi and Batumi.

In this regard, the Chinese Ambassador H.E. Li Yan thanked the Government of Georgia and the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health for this opportunity and noted that this process is an important aspect in the already established fruitful cooperation between the two countries, so that we can work together to defeat the pandemic.

Chinese citizens were vaccinated with the Chinese produced "Sinovac" vaccine. Along with them, the vaccination of Georgian citizens is being carried out smoothly at the Hualing Tbilisi Sea Plaza vaccination center.
