 Project summary

a).Project  goal: the main goal of this project is to assess genetic polymorphism of CHRNA7 gene in older individuals with different potentials of visual information processing

b). Project implementation:

Task 1 – Preparatory work for project implementation,

Task 2 – DNA extraction,

Task 3 – Sequencing of DNA, 

Task4 –Analysis of sequence data;

c). Expected results:  Identification potential genetic factors involved in „backward masking“during aging process.
